If you have already made a reservation with Sunrise Divers and are ready to book and confirm your liveaboard/dive trip/dive course, please complete this online form with your personal data, dive experience and rental equipment needs. Press the "Submit" button to send your details to Sunrise Divers. One booking form per person, please. If you have any questions, please Contact Us.

Note: If you're using a shared or firewalled computer it may not allow you to send the form. If you have problems with the online form, you can find a booking form here in Word format, which you can email or fax to us. A booking form is required to confirm your booking.

Equipment Rental : 500 Baht/day for a full set
† Dive computer : extra 250 Baht/day*
If you do want a computer please make sure this has been paid.
BCD & Regulator only : 400 Baht/day

Note: This is the normal price for rental equipment. It may vary on some trips such as in Indonesia or certain day trips.
Your correct rental gear price will be quoted to you by email when you make a request for a trip.
