Hin Daeng - South Islands

General Information

One of the top dive sites in Thailand. Hin Daeng drops off to 60m on one side, while the other side of this offshore pinnacle features shallower areas and ridges. It's a truly awsome dive site!

Can Be Strong, but there are sheltered areas in the shallower section.

Marine Life

Hin Daeng is one of those offshore pinnacles where you can see anything. Divers have seen whalesharks, other sharks, whales, mantas, and that's just the big stuff! The dive site is so varied in marine life. Great for nudis, for soft corals, shrimps, shells - every dive will turn up something different.
