- Dive Race departs from Khao Lak (Thap Lamu pier).
- Pick up time on evening of departure : 5:00pm from Sunrise Divers office or you can be picked up from your hotel.
- Pick up from Phuket International Airport at 6:30pm. If you arrive early or on a previous day, we can arrange private taxi for 650 Baht to our shop or your hotel in Phuket.
- Pick up from hotels in Khao Lak at about 7:30pm.
- Please advise us as early as possible where you wish to be picked up from. Thank you!
- First night of the trip : Dinner is provided on board before departure.
- Return time to Phuket on the last day, about 5 - 6pm. You can be transferred to the hotel of your choice.
- Last dive time (Similan trips) : About 11am.
- Remember to allow at least 18 hours before flying!
Included in the trip price
- Transfers, all meals on board, Drinking water, hot beverages and snacks, tanks, weights, torches for night dives, divemaster service on all dives. Notes: If you have any special food needs, please let us know in advance.
- Meals are a mix of Thai and European food served buffet style. 3 meals per day plus fruits.
- Tanks are 12 litre aluminium with K (INT) valves. DIN adaptors can be rented.
Not included
- Rental Equipment @ 500 Baht/day for a full set. Equipment can be arranged at our office in Phuket. If you cannot come here to try gear, and need rental, please let us know sizes, and we will ask the tour leader to collect rental money on the boat in cash Thai Baht.
- Rental wetsuits are shorty 3mm. We do not have full length suits for rent. Water temp is between 27 - 30 degrees C.
- Rental fins are full foot. We do not have adjustable fins and boots for rent.
- Similan National Park entry fee payable in cash, in Baht only on board.
- Drinks - Soft drinks & Beers are for sale on the boat. Don't drink and dive!
- Advanced Open Water course (PADI) is available on board - ask your tour leader.
- Nitrox course (PADI) is available on board - ask your tour leader.
- Nitrox tanks for certified Nitrox divers 300 Baht per fill.
