Specifications:
Length 33m - Width 7m - Maximum Guests 18 - Dive Staff 4-5

Cabins:
8 x Double bed with upper bunk. All with aircon and private bathroom.
8 Cabins ("Deluxe") on the main deck. Also 2 Twin bed Cabins ("Standard") on the lower deck.

Destinations:
Similan and Surin Islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, Richelieu Rock, Hin Daeng, Hin Muang, Phi Phi.

Trips:
4 days, 2 days or 6 days.

Trip Information

- Mermaid 2 departs from either Patong Beach or Chalong Bay in Phuket.
- ALL TRIPS : Pick up time on evening of departure : 5pm from Sunrise Divers office or you can be picked up from your hotel in Phuket.
- Pick up from Phuket International Airport - we can arrange a private taxi for 600 Baht.
- Pick up from hotels in Khao Lak not possible.
- Please advise us as early as possible where you wish to be picked up. Thank you!
- First night of the trip : Dinner at a Phuket resort before departure.
- Similan / Surin trips : Return time to Phuket on the last day, about 5pm. You can be transferred to the hotel of your choice.
- Hin Daeng trips : Boat returns to Phuket during the night and you disembark in the morning after breakfast. You can be transferred to the hotel of your choice.
- Last dive time (Similan / Surin trips) : About 11am.
- Last dive time (Hin Daeng trips) : About 7pm.
- Remember to allow at least 18 hours before flying!

Included in the trip price

- Transfers, all meals on board, drinking water, tea, coffee, soft drinks (sodas), towels, tanks, weights, torches for night dives, divemaster service on all dives.
Notes: If you have any special food needs, please let us know in advance.
- Meals are a mix of Thai and European food served buffet style. 3 meals per day plus fruits.
- Tanks are 12 litre aluminium with K (INT) valves. DIN adaptors can be rented.

Not included

- Rental Equipment @ 500 Baht/day for a full set. Equipment can be arranged at our office in Phuket. If you cannot come here to try gear, and need rental, please let us know sizes, and we will ask the tour leader to collect rental money on the boat in cash Thai Baht.
- Rental wetsuits are shorty 3mm. We do not have full length suits for rent. Water temp is between 27 - 30 degrees C.
- Rental fins are full foot. We do not have adjustable fins and boots for rent.
- Drinks - Beers are for sale on the boat. Don't drink and dive!
- Advanced Open Water course (PADI) is available on board - ask your tour leader.
- Nitrox course (PADI) is available on board - ask your tour leader.
- Nitrox tanks for certified Nitrox divers 6 Euro per fill, 20% discount if making all dives with Nitrox.
- Similan/Surin/Hin Daeng National Park entry fees payable in cash, in Baht only on board.
