The Junk "June Hong Chian Lee" Specifications

Specifications:
Length 33m - Width 8.5m - Maximum Guests 18 - Dive Staff 4

Cabins:
2 x Double, 2 x Triple, 2 x Quad. All with aircon and en suite bathroom.
Triples can be converted to Doubles.

Destinations:
Similan Islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, Richelieu Rock, Surin Islands.

Trips:
5 days/6 nights from October - May.

The Junk also runs summer trips around Phuket and Phi Phi.

Trip Information

- The Junk departs from Phuket - either Patong or Chalong Bay.
- Pick up time on evening of departure : 5:00 pm from Sunrise Divers office - between 4:30 and 5:30pm in Phuket. You can be picked up from your hotel.
- Pick up from Phuket International Airport. we can arrange private taxi for 650 Baht.
- Please advise us as early as possible where you wish to be picked up from. Thank you!
- First night of the trip : Welcome drinks and Dinner on The Junk.
- Return time to Phuket on the last day, about 8am. Disembark after breakfast. You can be transferred to the hotel of your choice.
- Last dive time : About 12pm.
- Remember to allow at least 18 hours before flying!

Included in the trip price

- Transfers, all meals on board, drinking water, tea, coffee, towels, tanks, weights, divemaster service on all dives.
Notes: If you have any special food needs, please let us know in advance.
- Meals are a mix of Thai and European food served buffet style. 3 meals per day plus fruits.
- Tanks are 12 litre aluminium with K (INT) valves. DIN adaptors can be rented.

Not included

- Rental Equipment @ 500 Baht/day for a full set. Equipment can be arranged at our office in Phuket. If you cannot come here to try gear, and need rental, please let us know sizes, and we will ask the tour leader to collect rental money on the boat in cash Thai Baht.
- Rental wetsuits are shorty 3mm. We do not have full length suits for rent. Water temp is between 27 - 30 degrees C.
- Rental fins are full foot. We do not have adjustable fins and boots for rent.
- Torches for night dives - 100 Baht per dive.
- Similan/Surin National Park entry fees payable in cash, in Baht only on board.
- Drinks - Beers and Sodas etc are for sale on the boat
- Advanced Open Water course (PADI) is available on board - ask your tour leader.
