Trip Information
Faah Yai departs from Ranong, on the Thai/Myanmar border.
You can be picked up from Ranong on departure day, or spend a night there.
We suggest the Ranong Princess Hotel.Hotel : www.ranong.royalprincess.com
Pick up time on evening of departure : about 9-10am from your hotel in Phuket.
Trip from Phuket - Ranong is about 4 hours. You will have a lunch break en route.Transfers possible from Khao Lak at 11:30am.

Pick up from Phuket International Airport can be done at about 10:30am on departure day.
We can arrange private taxis for 600 Baht if you arrive before.
Please advise us as early as possible where you wish to be picked up from. Thank you!
First night of the trip : Dinner is provided on board before departure.
Return time to Ranong on the last day, about 9am. You can be transferred to Phuket or Khao Lak or to Ranong airport, or a hotel in Ranong as you wish.
Last dive time : About 7pm.
Remember to allow 24 hours before flying!
Included in the trip price
Transfers, all meals on board, drinking water, tea, coffee, towels, tanks, weights, torches for night dives, divemaster service on all dives.
Notes : If you have any special food needs, please let us know in advance.
Meals are a mix of Thai and European food served buffet style. 3 meals per day plus fruits.
Tanks are 12 litre aluminium with K (INT) valves. DIN adaptors can be rented.
Not included
Rental Equipment @ 700 Baht/day for a full set.
Equipment can be arranged at our office in Phuket. If you cannot come here to try gear, and need rental, please let us know sizes, and we will ask the tour leader to collect rental money on the boat in cash Thai Baht.Rental wetsuits are shorty 3mm. We do not have full length suits for rent.
Water temp is between 27 - 30 degrees C.Rental fins are full foot. We do not have adjustable fins and boots for rent.
Burma Entry Fee.
About 200 U$ cash. Pay at the border or on the boat.
You do not need a visa for Burma. If you get a visa you still need to pay.Drinks - Soft Drinks and Beers are for sale on the boat.
Do not drink and dive!Advanced Open Water course (PADI) is available on board - ask your tour leader.
