View from "Radar Hill", Phuket

The highest point in Phuket is Khao Mai Thao Sip Song at 530m above sea level. There is a military installation and radar dome on the very top of the hill, thus the hill is often called "Radar Hill". You can drive up the hill, the turn off being from Wat Chalong Road. The road is steep in places, but is surfaced. There are great views all the way up over Kathu, Chalong and Patong. This view above is looking east towards Phuket City.
