Phuket Weather - August 2006

Tuesday August 29th

Aaaah...back from the holiday. You guys didn't miss much. Changing weather everyday. Sunny episodes as well as quite some rain at times. More timely updates again from now on.

Monday August 14th

Very windy the last few nights now. The trees are bending and the leaves are flying. Besides that we have warm temperatures and quickly changing skies pretty much all the time. Our yearly Phuket Surf Contest is coming up beginning of September. That's usually when the waves are gone. But not this time. We'll see.

Thursday August 10th

Still very nice weather. The sun is smiling and a nice breeze is blowing in from the west to cool things down. Surfers heaven at the moment. Day trips are running everyday and people still get sunburned.

Sunday August 6th

The last few days have just been magnificent. Blue skies, emerald calm seas. We are having quite a number of people on the beaches everyday. Yep, it's European holidays. See ya in a few.

Wednesday August 2nd

Sorry for not having written anything lately but we have been rather busy. Low season actually never started. The weather has been mixed but the last 2 days it was very nice indeed with lots of sun and calmer seas. A few clouds in the sky but nothing to worry about.
