Saturday December 31th

The Beautiful weather has continued to keep us warm during this festive season. The week started in a somber mood of rememberance but the sunshine helped to turn that into a joyful celebration of life.

Saturday December 24th

Merry Christmas to all divers and Phuket lovers. Beautiful Weather has arrived. We are now seeing a species normally seen here which has been absent for a while - the bright pink sunburnt tourist. The sun has been blazing but there has been enough of a breeze to fool people into thinking they don't need sun block. Please remember sun block takes minutes to apply and saves days of pain.

Monday December 19th

Still a bit windy from the east but finaly after one week of rain the sun is shining again. Has the high season truly started at last? Who Knows? Watch this space for the continuing saga of Phuket's weather!

Thursday December 15th

After a few dry days we've had another wet night, it's still hot but pleasently so. We're hopful that this is the last of the low season rains!

Tuesday December 13th

Sunny Weather has arrived. Even as the sun is setting people are making the most of this rare phenomenon. As the sun gently slips below the horizon the rain makes a brief and gentle appearance. Good times are here!

Wednesday December 7th

Sunshine!! We've got hot sunny weather at last, it's been a little over cast for the last two days but the rain is holding off and the sunshine is breaking through - Welcome, Sunny Thailand!!

Monday December 5th

The last ten days has seen some very unseasonal weather, when it's supposed to be dry we got the first ever flash floods I've seen here. The water ran off into the sea very quickly so there was no damage anywhere but it was a surprise. This unusual weather pattern is delaying our high season weather, there are glimpses of sun in between the dark clouds - good weather is on the horizon.
