Phuket Weather - July 2004
A few wet and windy days during this week. Very mixed weather. Friday was the first rain free day, and today was mostly sunny. This update will now be more regular - I was having some holidays over the last few weeks. Of course, now I'm back at work, it's bound to be sunny!
Monday July 26th
Saturday was a glorious day, hot and sunny. Rained for about 5 minutes in the afternoon, but cleared very quickly. perfect barbeque weather. Sunday was OK too and we were able to get the barbie out again. Monday (today) is wet and windy. Sea looks quite bouncy.
Friday July 23rd
Today is cloudy but not wet. Had some rain last night. Better be good tomorrow as we're having a party at our house!
Thursday July 22nd
Wednesday was pretty darn wet. Started off OK, but most of the afternoon and evening was raining and windy. Today is hot and sunny again. The weather changes fast.
Tuesday July 20th
Today is cloudier and we are having rain in the afternoon, but not much wind.
Monday July 19th
Happy holidays! The last week and a half has been mostly hot and sunny. Some rain showers and thunderstorms. Saturday 17th was wet all day and was then followed by Sunday 18th which was very hot and sunny. Such dramatic changes are common at this time of year. Today is another sunny one. Seas have been pretty calm the last week.
Wednesday July 7th
Tuesday was another great sunny day with light winds. Today we have rain here in Karon, but the seas are still calm.
Monday July 5th
Sunday was a beautiful sunny day. Went for a Barbie in the evening. Perfect weather. Today is also lovely, sunny, not too hot - a classic July day in Phuket. And the wind has dropped, sea is calm.
Saturday July 3rd
After 2 more windy days, today is much calmer. Last 2 days were sunny after a couple of days with blustery showers.
