Phuket Weather - March 2007 |

30th March 2007
Aside from some drizzle and a few flashes of lightning last night, the last few days have been gloriously warm (some might say HOT) and sunny. There is a bit of a breeze blowing from the east too, making the heat seem less overwhelming. Great weather for diving, sunbathing, cruising around on a bike...whatever you feel like!
25th March 2007
The sun continued as expected, though we had a few windy days. Basically great diving weather... great weather for anything except maybe skiing or ice fishing really. But a few days ago, a little wet spell started. The first hint of the SW monsoon? Too early, one would imagine..just a little relief from the heat. Had some evening rain for several days, but yesterday was lovely. Today has been rather grey all day, though the rain stopped by early afternoon. I would not expect much more rain for next week. It's quite "cool" today, probably only around 28°C.
11th March 2007
This time of year becomes rather predictable..Wake up in the morning, open the curtains...yes, it's another sunny day with bue skies. There is a little breeze blowing today, so the temperature is slightly cooler. Last week started very hot indeed, some real roasting days, just perfect weather for diving.. |

Well it’s getting Hotter here around 34°C with a clear blue sky; the forecast for the week ahead is much the same with an easterly breeze. Diving reports have been great again with Reef Sharks and more Manta Rays around.
4th February 2007
Hi sorry it’s been so long, we have had some great weather lately but a little breeze has made the heat bearable.
The forecast for the week ahead is hot sunny days with no rain, but with an easterly breeze. This will make a few waves in the Similan, Surin areas, but if you're heading out there the Manta Rays are on nearly all dives around the Koh Bon dive site! |
