MV Raga - Similan and Surin Islands Liveaboard

The MV Raga is a newly refurbished liveaboard in 2024. This is another state of the art Similan Liveaboard with the highest standards and comfort. She is running trips through the high season to the Similan islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai and Richelieu Rock. Plus some shorter South Andaman cruises in the beginning of our Thailand liveaboard diving season. This large and luxurious dive safari vessel offers a lot of space for relaxation. You find a big aircon indoor saloon area on the upper deck. A covered outdoor dining area is located on the upper deck as well. The MV Raga has 14 cabins for a maximum of only 28 divers. On the Upper Dack is 1 large Master Cabin. There is 1 large Deluxe Double or Twin Bed Cabins plus 3 Standard Double and 7 Standard Twin Bed Cabins on the Main Deck. On the Lower Deck are 2 Standard Twin Bed Cabins. Every cabin has air conditioning and en suite bathroom. The cabins on the upper and main deck have windows.

MV Raga Liveaboard Information

The MV Raga is a new steel vessel liveaboard, refurbishes in 2024. She is a very large liveaboard for maximum 248 divers with accommodation in 14 comfortable cabins. On the upper deck you find 1 large Master cabin. On the main deck is 1 Deluxe convertable double or twin cabins and 3 Standard double bed cabina and 7 Standard twin bed cabins. The lower deck has 2 Standard twin bed cabins. All cabins with private bathrooms and aircon.

On board you find a lot of space for relaxation, a large indoor saloon and an outdoor (shaded) dining area. As well as a large sundeck.

3 meals are served per full day. Meals will vary each day and will comprise of Thai cuisines, fresh seafood, and international dishes. The cook will ensure that you are well looked after for every meal on board. Food will be attentively prepared to suit your requirements. Snacks, tea and coffee are available throughout the day. Sodas and beers are for sale.

The MV Raga is one of the finest liveaboards in the area. Early booking is recommended to secure your space.

Diving Equipment

Rental equipment is provided by Raga liveaboard on board. Rental price is 700 Baht per day for a set (BCD/regulator/fins/mask/wetsuit), 300 Baht/day for a dive computer and only 150 Baht/day for dive insurance.

Torches for night dives 100 Baht per dive. 15 liter tanks available 300 Baht per day.

Nitrox Tanks

Nitrox is available on board for Nitrox certified divers – 12 liter tank for 250 Baht and 15 liter tank for 300 Baht per fill.

Dive Courses

PADI Advanced Open Water course is 10,000 Baht. PADI Enriched Air (Nitrox) course is 7,000 Baht (courses are payable on board in cash).

Drinks

Drinking water, soft drinks, coffee, tea are included. Local beers are 70 Baht.
