Sambuca Superior Charter Boat Phuket
Sambuca (former Shiraz) is a 53ft Grand Banks style motor yacht that was fully refitted in June 2021. She now suits the luxury charter market in Phuket. A large comfortable flybridge provide space easily for 10 guests. The boat is spacious and very comfortable.
Sambuca can carry 20 guests for a day trip and 4-5 guests for overnight cruises. She has one master cabin with an ensuite bathroom and one twin bunk cabin with separate bathroom. Sambuca is a perfect yacht for smaller groups or honeymoon charter into the Phang Nga Bay!

Menu 1: Fried fish in sweet sour sauce, stir fried prawns in yellow curry sauce, panang curry with chicken, yum talay (seafood salad), steamed rice and fruit platters.
Menu 2: Fried fish with lemongrass sauce, green curry with chicken, prawn tempura with sweet sour dipping sauce, fried rice with seafood or chicken, steamed rice and fruit platters.
Menu 3: Fried fish with Thai herbs, stir fried shrimps in tamarind sauce, deep fried chicken wings, som tum (papaya salad), steamed rice and fruit platters.
